Your wax specialist will wear a mask and gloves during the duration of the service.
Each client will be asked to sanitize their hands before and after their service.
Extra time has been allotted between appointments to ensure thorough cleansing of every frequently touched surface. Your health and safety always comes first, so we want to make sure everything is super clean and fresh for each client!
Children and guests are welcome at the Beauty Bar. We understand life is busy and some times it’s easier for you to bring someone along, all we ask is that every body treat our salon with respect and care. We reserve the right to refuse service if your child is running around and being excessively distracting.

When booking your first appointment, we ask for a credit card to put on file. You will not be charged and this is to hold your appointment only. We will never charge you without informing you prior to the charge.

We require a 24 hour notice if cancelling an appointment. If you cancel in less than 24 hours, you are subject to a charge of 50% of the scheduled services. This includes cancelling services at your appointment.
Glow Wax Company has a ZERO tolerance for No Call/No Shows. This will result in a 100% charge of scheduled services. You will be blacklisted and no longer able to book appointments online. If you wish to continue receiving waxing services at Glow, you’ll need to put a 50% deposit down and can only book through DM.
We will always try to accommodate our clients in any way possible, but do keep in mind that we schedule appointments back to back with time in between to guarantee a safe, sanitized space. If you are running late, please call!
If you run over 7 minutes late, you may be required to reschedule your appointment. This will result in a late rescheduling fee, which is 50% of your scheduled services.

Packages are buy 6 get 2 free. They cannot be exchanged or redeemed for another service that is not the original service chosen. For example: if you purchase a Brazilian Bikini package but want a Hollywood Bikini, you cannot use your package to pay for the service. Packages cannot be combined with any other coupon or promotion.
The best tip you could give us is a referral! When you give a Glowferral we will give $5 off to the client referred and the referee will get $10 to use towards services or products!
